My passion for health and fitness began many years ago when my wife and I decided to start a family. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for pushing through boundaries helping adapt to our environments and become better humans. I also love learning about new technologies, fitness concepts and gear that can help us along that journey. I’m a foodie! Hands down, I love to eat! I especially love creating recipes or making small adjustments to some of my favorites so that they maintain the flavor yet making it just a bit healthier. For those looking for Keto, Paleo or low carb versions of their favorite foods. Check it out. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
